Legal Travel Documents: It is the traveler's sole responsibility to obtain and carry valid travel documents, including passports (minimum 6 months validity from departure date), entry visas, vaccination certificates (e.g., Yellow Fever, COVID-19, Meningococcal as required by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regulations), and health insurance.
3. Hajj & Umrah Special Terms

Regulatory Compliance: Hajj and Umrah packages are strictly subject to the rules and regulations issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, local authorities, and official booking portals (e.g., Nusuk).

Visa Processing: tawaful.com acts as a facilitator for Umrah and Tourist visas. Visa approval is strictly at the discretion of the Saudi Ministry/Embassy. We are not liable for visa rejections, delays, or additional fees imposed by governmental authorities.

Code of Conduct: Pilgrims are required to abide by local laws, cultural norms, and religious guidelines while in the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah.
4. Bookings, Payments & Rates

Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on the Website are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is fully confirmed and paid for. Taxes, government fees, and service charges will be disclosed prior to checkout.

Payment Methods: Full or partial payments must be made using authorized credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or approved online payment gateways.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Modifications

Hajj & Umrah Packages: Custom or fixed Hajj and Umrah packages may carry non-refundable administrative deposits due to pre-purchased hotel blocks, visa fees, and transport arrangements.

Modifications: Requests to change dates, passenger names, or itineraries must be submitted in writing. Modification charges and fare/rate differences applied by airlines or hotels will be borne by the customer.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 14 to 30 business days, minus any supplier penalties and tawaful.com processing fees.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
tawaful.com acts as an intermediary agent between customers and third-party travel providers (airlines, hotel owners, boat operators, local transportation companies, and event organizers).
